Tara has over 12 years of experience planning and facilitating large and small events for nonprofit and for-profit companies, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and trade shows. Tara has a successful track record of Experiential Marketing activations, events, and digital/interactive experiences. She is skilled in developing new ideas, collaborating with clients, and managing budgets to drive brand awareness and revenue. In addition to working with GAP clients to organize events’ concepts and designs, i.e., event goals and themes, Tara oversees each event’s venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee registration, on-site support, marketing, audio-visual contracts/support, event safety/security, and post-event requirements including, attendee surveys.
Before working with GAP, she worked for MARS Incorporated in both the Sales and Marketing departments on one of the fastest-growing brands at MARS Inc. Her expertise is building custom immersive experiences. But she has a broad range of skills, such as brand management, digital media, product innovation, and logistics. During her career, she’s launched over 60 activations while aligning with partners to create and execute meaningful and measurable experiences for all involved. Most recently, she executed a Gen Z-focused experiential marketing campaign garnering over 8.0MM digital media impressions, 35% over-delivery on impressions through sampling at college events, on-campus activations, and social media ads.
