David oversees all aspects of GAP’s clients’ information technology, including e-mail/communications systems, website development, maintenance, and security.
David’s work touches every GAP client, leveraging technology to enhance operations, engage members, and advance their missions. In addition to managing and securing clients’ IT infrastructure (servers, networks, communications platforms, and websites), David works with clients to create and implement disaster recovery protocols. He provides technical support to association staff and members, addressing issues, troubleshooting problems, and offering training to ensure all users can effectively leverage an association’s IT infrastructure.
Beyond securing and managing IT infrastructures, David enjoys building (or rebuilding) websites, developing ideas, and orchestrating a site to communicate them to the right audiences impactfully. David’s expertise includes creating appropriate user interfaces like e-commerce platforms, new member onboarding, event registrations, or grassroots advocacy tools.
